Account Specialist

Location : Chester
Salary : Up to £27,000 based on experience

Our client is currently seeking an Account Specialist for a dedicated and adaptable insurance broker company within an office based in Chester City Centre.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a regulated industry and be fluent in English and Polish. Insurance experience isn’t necessary but would be beneficial. This role requires a clear attention to detail, excellent communication skills and customer service expertise. This role is ideal for you to utilise your language skills and customer service expertise to excel in a dynamic work environment.

– Communicate with clients in a professional manner
– Provide exceptional customer service to clients
– Negotiate sales with clients
– Utilise bilingual skills to cater to both English and Polish speaking clients.

– 2 years minimum experience in customer service roles or sales
– Proficiency in both English and Polish language
– Experience working within a regulated industry is advantageous

The successful candidate will be required at all times to act within the standards expected within Consumer Duty and comply with The Conduct Rules which set the minimum standard of individual behaviour expected when carrying out a role.
