Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: London

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

They are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team.

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday – 8:30am-5:00pm OR 9:00am-5:30pm

Predominantly Field-Based position with monthly visits to the head office in Hawarden (North Wales) required.

Salary & Benefits Package:

Basic salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (£45k for industry experience)

Commission: Realistic OTE of 10–20% per annum

Guaranteed commission for an initial period to support onboarding

This new opportunity to join the team will include maintaining and growing relationships with clients across all levels, achieving sales targets and enhancing opportunities with new and existing clients.

  • Grow the worker base across existing and new clients.
  • Increase the number of leads / referrals received from existing client accounts
  • Have extensive contact with client representatives across all branches, including face-to-face meetings.
  • Understand the industry in which operates and provide technical support to clients as and when required.
  • Work closely with internal team to ensure all issues and queries are resolved quickly and in a professional manner.
  • Log details of all calls, meetings and interactions on our CRM system.
  • Obtain relevant market intelligence and share this with colleagues.
  • A highly motivated and passionate sales individual.
  • Preferred experience in the industry or recruitment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement growth ideas.
  • Solid commercial awareness and adeptness in negotiating with our agency partners.
  • Experience in presenting to clients at various levels, including senior positions.
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
