Head of Sales

£50,000 – £60,000 plus monthly bonus
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Head of Sales will take responsibility for the overall delivery of the growth strategy for the company products. This includes working with the Commercial Director on agreeing the overall sales strategy, targets, priorities and routes to market.
The successful Head of Sales will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales management, co-ordinating remote and external teams effectively, with experience in process design, implementation and management.
The Head of Sales will be rewarded with a car allowance and monthly bonus scheme; 23 days’ holiday, increasing with service to 30 days; quarterly staff awards and long service rewards; company events; free onsite parking; a healthcare cashback scheme and life assurance.
Based within recently renovated modern offices, the Head of Intermediary Sales will work on a hybrid basis Monday to Friday 8am to 530pm.
