£28,000 + bonus

Our global client is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the well-established team, based in exceptional offices on the Chester Business Park. You will be based within a small, motivated and quality focused team, speaking to business customers about expanding their existing portfolio and package.

The Role:

  • Play a crucial role in generating sales as well as revenue for the company by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts in multiple revenue streams
  • This role will also identify and acquire new customers for the sales teams on multiple channels.
  • The primary responsibility will be to drive sales through a proactive outreach and excellent customer service, and act on gaps in the sales trends, to optimize our revenue potentials.
  • This role will involve working closely with all departments of the business to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills/Experience/Competencies:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product information
  • Previously worked in a B2B customer relationship environment
  • Strong interest in IT and technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to learn complex product portfolios across multiple brands
  • Be enthusiastic and have a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Case management experience managing own workloads and priorities
  • Knowledge of CRM software
  • Experience working towards strict KPIs and targets
  • Demonstrable skills in interpersonal communication, business acumen and self-management
