PSi Talent are looking for a passionate certified Internal Account Executive. The successful candidate will be an experienced B2B Sales Account Executive with exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of long term customers by identifying heir requirements as well as promoting our company’s solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction and grow

With your excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, you will proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to end as well as provide a high level of after sales care, maintaining our company-client relations to a high standard

Internal Account Executive’s Responsibilities

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams

  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts

Internal Account Executive’s Requirements

  • Proven experience an account manager
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Pleasant and engaging phone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team whilst working remotely and with a common goal

Internal Account Executive’s Benefits and hours of work

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with a recognised CRM platform
  • Customer facing experience in a high volume, results driven environment
