Spa Therapist

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic therapist to join a fully refurbished and newly established Spa, located within a well established and reputable four star hotel. Currently seeking Therapists who pride themselves in providing a high standard of treatments and are passionate about creating a fantastic customer experience, with brand awareness forefront of their mind.

Our client is extremely proud to be offering Thalgo treatments and products. Training in Thalgo treatments will be provided.

 

Job Description :
Responding to email enquiries.
Call handling and taking or assisting with bookings over the phone.
Running and maintaining an online booking system.
Using social media to advertise and communicate.
Meet the expectations of your guests.
Communicate with management in all departments.
Maintain and keep the Leisure Suite and Spa area tidy.

 

Requirements:
Must have NVQ level 2 or above qualifications in beauty/spa therapy.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Commitment, initiative, passion and flexibility.
Thalgo knowledge and or experience is not required but a bonus.
Experience or training in content creation is also a bonus; eg Canva.
