The Customer Service Representative will be joining a global organisation, based within their modern UK headquarters. The company pride themselves on maximising the latest technology, knowledge and business approach to deliver a first-class customer experience.

The purpose of the Customer Service Representative role is to provide first class customer service to loyal and valued customers, through proactive calls, input of orders and answering technical queries should they arise.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.15pm or 9am – 5.30pm with 1 in 6 Saturdays paid at overtime.
